Oscar Peterson - Samba Soul City

Today I have a song that I heard a couple of days and I liked it a lot more. The path can be enjoyed by the great Canadian jazz pianist and composer Oscar Emmanuel Peterson, an upload is different from other arrivals ussual from me! is at the top following a review of the Oscar Peterson Trio CD cduniverse.com completed its regular work time (bassist Sam Jones and drummer Louis Hayes) Henley added, with Gibson on congas, timbales Marshall Thompson, and Harold Jones on drumsfor this release, which focuses mainly on the music of Brazilian composers (the title is a bit Espanol Soul 'misleading). With the increased interest in bossa nova and samba, Peterson interpretations of songs like "Manha de Carnaval," "How Insensitive," "Meditation" and "Samba de Orfeo" are very good as jazz recordings from the middle of a stand- 60s years. Peterson "Soulsville Samba" has a gospel flavor, while his "Samba sensitive" is more relaxed, Vincent Youmans' decades-old"Carioca," also fit in well. This is a fun, if not necessary, a substantial discography of Oscar Peterson. reproduced the only mystery is why the credits and liner notes could not have been an effort, so they are readable, which is a major drawback in the narrowing of the original LP on CD jacket. ~ Ken Dryden All tracks have been digitally remastered. Mini LP Jacket at Universal Studios, Chicago, Illinois formed in December 1966. Originally published inLimelight ...
